From the first enquiry
to attending the course.

The website should help professionals choose and the academy organise. We propose bringing course promotion, registration and payments together, while keeping educational management on the external platform.

A brand with its own identity

A clear, considered identity for desktop and mobile. Space to present the academy, faculty and courses, with room to expand to other areas.

Courses that are easy to compare

Programme, objectives, audience, dates, duration, venue, fee and faculty on one page. Each course date leads to its registration journey.

Explore the catalogue

Registration with fewer emails

Forms for each course date, capacity management and configured notifications. Full or partial payment, according to the agreed and validated terms.

Organised administration

View participants, track registration and payment status, and export lists. The invoicing workflow will be validated with the selected software.

Proposed implementation

Content, registration
and invoicing.

The technical proposal uses WordPress for content and Amelia for course dates and registration. WooCommerce is a possible bridge for payments and the connection to Moloni.

The final setup will be validated in a test environment, including payment statuses, capacity and billing details.

Terms to agree.

Decisions that affect the experience and ongoing costs.

Partial payment and instalments

The journey shows a 30% deposit with the balance due later. Amelia documents deposits; a schedule of multiple automatic charges requires further assessment. The academy will set the final percentages and terms.

Places, cancellations and waiting list

Amelia documents event waiting lists on its Pro and Elite plans, managed with manual approval. Cancellation rules and synchronisation with payments and refunds will be configured and tested.

Invoicing and payment methods

The proposed Moloni connection uses its WooCommerce plugin. Before launch, tax details, the associated course, order statuses and partial payments will be tested. Gateways will be selected according to the required payment methods.

What the quotation should include.

The commercial quotation should separate the initial investment from operating and renewal costs.

  • Course and registration setup
  • Agreed payments and integrations
  • Testing and initial user training

Ongoing costs

  • Domain and hosting
  • Licences and renewals
  • Agreed maintenance and support
  • Payment service fees

The commercial proposal will set out fees, VAT, first-year and subsequent costs, payment terms, timelines, ownership and access.

Develop the website and configure the agreed tools and integrations.
